BNP Paribas has decided to gather its activities into one structure

BNP Paribas has decided to merge its operations (banks, consumer credit and insurance) into one structure. Named BNP Paribas El Djazair, the new entity will encompass the consumer credit specialist, Cetelem and the life insurer, Cardif.
