Christoph Jurecka, new chief financial officer of Munich Re

Christoph Jurecka has been appointed chief financial officer of Munich Re. He succeeds Jörg Schneider, who will retire on December 31st, 2018.

Aged 43, the newly-promoted executive has been, since 2011, serving as finance director of the direct insurance company ERGO, a subsidiary of Munich Re.
