Hippolyte Oyouba, deputy general manager of CICA-RE, has announced his retirement after 40 years of service in the insurance sector.
During his career, H. Oyouba spent nine years as controller commissioner at CIMA before joining the reinsurer CICA-RE, which is based in Lomé. His departure took effect on January 26, 2018.
