CIMA Committee of Experts meets in Cotonou

The Committee of Experts of the Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets (CIMA) will be meeting from 23 September to 6 October 2024 in Cotonou, Benin. This is a preparatory conference for the 2nd session of CIMA ministers.

Experts from the 14 member states will come together to assess the current state of the African insurance market and put forward concrete recommendations and solutions to improve the sector's regulation and enhance its functioning.

The first meeting was held in May 2024 in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
