Clemens Jungsthöfel, CFO of Hannover Re

Clemens Jungsthöfel has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Hannover Re. He will be replacing Roland Vogel, who has recently retired.

C. Jungsthöfel has an extensive experience in finance and insurance. He started his career in 1998 at KPMG, where he was responsible for auditing and advising insurance undertakings. He mainly worked with internationally operating insurers.

In 2018, he joined HDI Global in charge of the areas of controlling, Risk Management, Corporate Development and Passive Reinsurance. Jungsthöfel has also served on the Executive Board of the company.
