Clement Cheung reappointed as CEO of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority

Clement Cheung has been reappointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA) for a three-year term covering 2026-2029.

Cheung was first appointed to the position in 2018. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and a member of the Asian Forum of Insurance Regulators (AFIR).
