CNIA acquires Essaada

It is now officially confirmed that the insurance company Es-Saâda has been bought out by CNIA, the subsidiary of the group Saham run by Moulay Hafid Elalamy. According to the analysts, this alliance, whose aim is to set up a large-scale group, shall result in the reshape of Morocco's insurance market.
