CNMA raises its capital

The Caisse Nationale de Mutualité Agricole (CNMA) has increased its share capital. The latter went from 5.5 billion DZD (40.4 million USD) to 8 billion DZD (58.8 million USD).

This 45% share capital increase is consistent with the development prospects and the objectives set by the company's 2020-2024 strategic plan.

This operation will allow CNMA to consolidate its position in the top 5 Algerian insurance companies, to strengthen its capital base and to meet its obligations towards its clients.
