Moussa Mbaye, a former reinsurance executive, has launched FCA-Re “Le Cayor,” a consulting firm based in Dakar, Senegal.
Mbaye brings 40 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to establishing FCA-Re, he served as Director of Retrocession at AVENI-RE in Côte d’Ivoire.
