Coris Assurances Vie Burkina granted takaful license

Coris Assurances Vie Burkina has received approval from the Regional Insurance Control Commission (CRCA) to conduct takaful business in the country.

Through its new “Coris Assurances Takaful” window, the insurer will be offering Family Takaful products.

With this approval, the Burkina Faso-based life insurer becomes the first market player to provide insurance solutions in line with Islamic principles.
