Crash of the Sosoliso Airlines’ plane

The DC-9 belonging to the Nigerian company Sosoliso Airlines, which crashed on December 10, 2005, during landing at Port Hartcourt due to bad weather conditions, claimed the lives of at least 103 passengers while twelve people survived the accident .
Two months before, a Boeing 737-200 belonging to the company Bellview Airlines had crashed at Lagos airport upon take off causing the death of 117 passengers.
