David Healy, new CEO of Liva Group

David Healy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Liva Group, succeeding Martin Ruegg, who will transition into an advisory role to the Omani group’s executive, nomination, compensation, and investment committees. The appointment took effect on 8 January 2026.

Mr. Healy joins Liva Group following a career spanning more than 30 years in the insurance industry across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to his appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Monument Life Insurance, an Irish life insurance company.
