David Maslo has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of African Risk Capacity "ARC", a company specializing in parametric insurance.
D. Maslo first joined ARC in 2015 where he served successively as an underwriter and financial analyst, then as head of business development. In 2024, he moved to CCRIF SPC (Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility Segregated Portfolio Company) as Chied Risk Management Officer.
In June 2025, he returned to ARC as Interim CEO.
