El Halla Najem, new Chairman of the Traffic Accidents Guarantee Fund (FGAC)

El Halla Najem has been elected Chairman of the Traffic Accidents Guarantee Fund (FGAC). He succeeds Abderrahim Dbich, CEO of Allianz Maroc. The appointment became effective on 1 July 2022.
El Halla Najem has held the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of the catastrophic risks division and the bodily injury claims department at the Compagnie d'Assurance Transport (CAT) since 2016.
