Farid Chedid, CEO of the Ascoma Group

Farid Chedid, founding president of the Lebanese investment company Chedid Capital Holding, has been appointed CEO of Ascoma, an international insurance brokerage group.

This appointment follows Chedid Capital's acquisition of 80% of Ascoma's capital.

A new Board of Directors and a new Executive Committee have also been formed, composed mainly of directors from Ascoma and Chedid Capital.

The Board of Directors includes: Farid Chedid, Hervé Husson, Edouard Lagourgue, Aldo Cardoso, Charles Hage.

Members of the Executive Committee: Farid Chedid, Edouard Lagourgue, Serge d'Alessandro, Alain Bouzeïd and Mohamad Khalife.
