Generali completes the sale of its Turkish subsidiary

Generali has finalized the sale of 99.99% of the capital of its Turkish insurance subsidiary Generali Sigorta.

The buyers are Arex Yatýrým Holding, Kiler Holding, Ekol Giriþim Sermayesi Yatýrým Ortaklýðý and Arex Sigorta.

Announced on 17 September 2024, this deal will allow the Italian group to focus its activities on markets where it enjoys a leading position.

The transaction will have no impact on Generali's solvency II ratio.
