Gulf Insurance Group: new Board of Directors

The Ordinary General Meeting of Gulf Insurance Group (GIG), held on 28 July 2024, approved the formation of a new Board of Directors. The new Board is made up of six members:

• Bijan Khosrowshahi: Chairman
• Khaled Saoud Al Hasan: Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Jean Cloutier: Board member
• Quinn McLean: Board member
• Amin Hesham Ezzalarab: Board member (independent)
• Abdulkarim Kabariti: Board member (independent)
