Hadj Mohamed Seba, new Chairman of the Insurance Supervisory Commission

By Presidential Decree dated 24 June 2024, Hadj Mohamed Seba was appointed Chairman of the Algerian Insurance Supervisory Commission (ISC).

Throughout his professional career, Hadj Mohamed Seba served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) and Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance (CAAR).

In September 2023, he was appointed Head of the Treasury (Ministry of Finance).
