Hayett Assurances announces appointments of General Manager and Chairman

Hayett Assurances, the life and capitalization insurance subsidiary of COMAR Assurances, has renewed the mandates of the following executives for an additional three-year term:

• Slaheddine Ladjimi as Chairman of the Board of Directors
• Lotfi Ben Haj Kacem as General Manager of the company. In addition to his responsibilities at the life insurer, Lotfi Ben Haj Kacem continues to head the group’s non-life insurance operations.
