Hina Shavdia has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Santam Syndicate 1918, part of South African insurance group Santam.
Based in London, Shavdia will report to Sam Geddes, the syndicate’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Shavdia has held senior executive positions at several UK-based companies, including AmTrust International and Volante Global.
