Jim Williamson appointed Acting CEO of Everest Group

Jim Williamson has been promoted to acting Chief Executive Officer of Everest Group. He also joins the Bermudan group's Board of Directors.

This appointment follows the departure of Juan C. Andrade, Everest's President and CEO since 2020.

J. Williamson holds a degree in science and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He launched his insurance career at Hartford. He then went on to work for a number of companies, including Chubb. In 2020, J. Williamson joined Everest as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
