Juan Cazcarra has been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of Jubilee Holdings.
The appointment took effect on 1 April 2025. J. Cazcarra is based in Nairobi (Kenya).
The new DCEO boasts over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry.
He had spent most of his career with the AXA Group, where he assumed various senior positions in Spain, France, Serbia and Indonesia.
In 2021, he joined the Jubilee Holdings group as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
