The liberalization of the motor TPL tariff is being debated

The liberalization of the motor third party liability tariffs, expected for July 2006, is now the subject of a debate among the business professionals. Two scenarios are on the table: either the immediate liberalization, or the adoption of a three-year transitional phase before the final liberalization. The latter option is the most likely being favoured by the market's different stakeholders.
