Lloyd's: Mark Cooper, Head of European Market Development

Lloyd's has appointed Mark Cooper as Head of European Market Development. He will manage all Lloyd's branches in Europe and will also join the Lloyd's Executive Committee in Brussels. M. Cooper will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Lloyd's Dubai, where he has been a director for four years.

Another appointment, Amit Khilosia has been named Regional Head for Africa.
