Maud Petit has been promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director of Covéa. She was also named CEO of Covéa Coopérations by decision of the Board of Directors. The appointment became effective on 14 February 2024.
M. Petit launched her professional career in 1996 with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), before joining the Accounting Standards Authority in 2005 as Project Manager in charge of accounting regulations.
In 2008, she joined the Covéa Group, where in 16 years of service she had held several management positions, most recently that of Chief Financial Officer.
M. Petit is also a member of the Economic and Financial Committee of France Assureurs and a member of the ACPR’s Prudential Affairs Advisory Committee.
