The new amendment of the Insurance Code paves the way for the takaful insurance

The new Moroccan Insurance Code, whose amendment was presented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, has within a legal framework for Islamic insurance.

Islamic finance should weigh 2 trillion USD worldwide by the end of the year, according to a study by Alhuda Center of Islamic Banking and Islamic Economics, 25% more than in 2013 (1.6 trillion USD).
