Chedid Capital, the Lebanese investment group specializing in insurance and reinsurance, has appointed James Illingworth as an independent Non-Executive Director of Milestone Risk Solutions Limited (UK) and a member of the Strategy Committee of Momentum Insurance (Cayman Islands).
This appointment is part of the financial holding's strategy to strengthen its global governance as part of its expansion plan in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
J. Illingworth has over 40 years' experience in the insurance industry. Throughout his professional career, he has held a number of senior positions, including Chief Risk and Underwriting Officer of MS Amlin Group and Non-Executive Director of Hiscox Syndicates, a Lloyd's syndicate.
