OLEA to acquire Marsh Uganda and Marsh Botswana

The Pan African insurance broker OLEA has signed an agreement to acquire Marsh Uganda and Marsh Botswana, both subsidiaries of the international brokerage group Marsh McLennan.

This transaction will consolidate OLEA's presence in Africa. Upon completion of the acquisition, the broker will merge the Marsh Uganda and OLEA Uganda teams.

The transaction is still pending regulatory approval.
