Partnership between ASR and Sava Re

Africa Specialty Risks (ASR) has entered into binding authority agreements with Sava Re.

Under the terms of this partnership, the Slovenian reinsurer will provide a capacity of up to USD 10 million per agreement for all ASR's main classes of business.

This move will enable Sava Re to boost its presence in Africa and the Middle East.

At the same time, this initiative reaffirms ASR's strategy of fostering sustainable economic development by addressing unmet insurance needs.

These agreements came into force on 20 March 2025.
