Alastair Speare-Cole has joined Qatar Re as chief underwriting officer (CUO). He took office on 12 January 2015 replacing Willi Schürch who has retired.
Prior to joining the Qatari reinsurer, Alastair Speare-Cole had served since 2012 as chief executive officer at JLT Re.
