Resolution Life acquires Asteron Life

Resolution Life has completed the acquisition of Asteron Life, the New Zealand subsidiary of the Australian Suncorp Group.

This transaction was first announced in April 2024, following the signing of an agreement between Resolution Life and Suncorp.

The acquisition is valued at 410 million NZD (232.4 million USD).
