Sanlam targets Ethiopia and Egypt

As part of its expansion strategy in Africa, Sanlam is intent on settling in Ethiopia and Egypt, which are regarded as emerging countries.

An Ethiopian partner has already been identified and entry into the country is scheduled for 2021.

As a reminder, Sanlam acquired in 2018 the Moroccan group Saham Finances for 1.05 billion USD.
