The Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance (SCG-Ré) closed the 2022 year with a turnover of 17.028 billion FCFA (27.7 million USD), up 23.4% compared to 13.802 billion FCFA (23.8 million USD) recorded in 2021.
The incurred losses increased from 3.6 billion FCFA (6.2 million USD) in 2021 to 4.2 billion FCFA (6.8 million USD) one year later, that is a growth of 16.7%.
The financial income grew by 46% to 220 million FCFA (358 020 USD).
The annual net result rose by 37.3% to reach 1.4 billion FCFA (2.3 million USD) against 1.02 billion FCFA (1.8 million USD) as at 31 December 2022.
The company's Board of Directors will propose the distribution of a dividend amounting to 905 million FCFA (1.5 million USD) at the ordinary general meeting scheduled for 28 July 2023.
