The Annual General Meeting of Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance (SCG-Ré) was held on 11 September 2024.
The shareholders approved the company's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. At that date, SCG-Ré's turnover reached 19.6 billion FCFA (33.1 million USD), up by 11% over one year.
Annual net income increased by 6% to 1.5 billion FCFA (2.6 million USD).
The company's shareholders' equity stood at 17.7 billion FCFA (29.8 million USD), representing a 45.5% jump over the same period in 2022.
The Annual General Meeting also approved the distribution of a dividend of 728 FCFA per share for 2023, for a total of 909.7 million FCFA (1.5 million USD).
