Slaheddine Ladjimi, new Board Chairman of Assurances Hayett

Slaheddine Ladjimi, former General Manager of the Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie (BIAT), has been appointed Board Chairman of Assurances Hayett, the life subsidiary of the Compagnie Méditerranéenne d’Assurance et de Réassurance (COMAR).

S. Ladjimi holds various positions within the Amen Group. He is the Board Chairman COMAR, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Amen Bank and Board member of the parent company PGI-Holding (Amen Group).
