SNAS, appointment of Girardin de Foncias as general manager

Mr. François Burguière, who had been for several years the General Manager of SNAS, left Dakar for SAFARRIV, Abidjan, January 1, 2004. Mr. Girardin from Foncias, Burkina Faso, has replaced him.
