SpiceJet is adjusting to the pandemic

SpiceJet, an Indian airline company, has joined forces with Liberty General Insurance (LGI) to create an insurance policy meeting the needs of the passengers during the pandemic. "Liberty Secure Travel", is a policy that can be underwritten via SpiceJet's website or mobile app.

It covers up to 300 000 INR (4 000 USD) in the event of a permanent disability or death and up to 5 000 INR (68 USD) in the event of a ticket cancellation. The premium ranges from 399 INR (5.43 USD) to 643 INR (8.7 USD).
