Technological advances fueling debates in Monte Carlo

On the occasion of the 60^th edition of the Rendez-vous of September, the reinsurance professionals have not failed to remind the importance of technological advances in the sector's development.

The Swiss reinsurer Swiss Re said in this sense that the integration of new technologies, like "Cloud Computing" and "Big data" in the reinsurance business chain should encourage better control of costs and risks.

This edition of the reinsurance Rendezvous took place from September 10 to 15 in Monte Carlo. It gathered more than 2 800 participants from 81 countries.
