Tokio Marine, huge deployment in East Malaysia

Tokio Marine Life Insurance is going to invest about 330 000 USD in a new recruitment center in Kuching, a town located in Eastern Malaysia. The company intends to raise its staff members in this region in order to increase its production. The company’s management is expecting approximately a 25% increase of its production in 2013 in Kuching and a bigger market share in East Malaysia. This strategy is likely to incite Tokio Marine to open other recruitment centers nationwide. In July 2012, the company announced its objective to become the country’s fifth insurer in three years’ time.
