Training session on marine insurance in Abidjan

The Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) is organizing a a dual mode training session (face-to-face and online) on the theme of “Marine insurance: drafting clauses, damage reporting and settlement, liability and remedies”.

The event will be held from 12 to 14 May 2025 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

The session is organized in partnership with the Professional Training Centre for Ports and Business Digitalisation of the West and Central Africa Ports Management Association (CFP-AGPAOC) and the International Insurance Institute (IIA) in Yaoundé.
