Tunis Re: call for applications for the position of Director representing minority shareholders

Tunis Re has launched a call for applications for the appointment of a Director representing minority shareholders for a three-year term (2024, 2025 and 2026).

Applications should be sent in a sealed envelope marked "Do not open" and "Application for the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Tunis Re representing minority shareholders" and addressed to Tunis Re's Chairman of the Board of Directors.

This envelope must be sent to the company by any means or deposited against receipt at the registry office of Tunis Re's head office.

The deadline for applications is 5 March 2024.
