Allianz Maroc has appointed Malika Youssoufine and Amine Benhalima as Independent Directors.
This appointment is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its governance structure.
M. Youssoufine has over 30 years' professional experience. She has held a number of management positions with various multinationals, including AXA Assistance Maroc.
Throughout his career, A. Behalima has worked as a consultant and as an Independent Director for a number of Moroccan companies. He has also held senior positions with Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG).
