Two new promotions at CICA-Re

The Joint Reinsurance Company of Member States of the Inter-African Conference for Insurance Markets (CICA-Re) has promoted Joseph Luc Foading to the position of Regional Manager for Central Africa. He will be based in Douala, Cameroon.

Jean Paul Ouedraogo has been appointed Acting Life Manager, based at the company's head office in Lomé, Togo.

Both appointments are effective as of 2 January 2025.
