Union Financière Holding to increase its stake in Assurances Maghrebia

Union Financière Holding (UFH) has increased its stake in the capital of Assurances Maghrebia from 65.52% to 66.73%. The operation concerns the acquisition on the stock exchange of 54 560 shares and voting rights.

The Tunisian group also holds, in concert, 10.28% of the insurance company's capital.
