The company is reorganizing its reinsurance operations in Europe. The Bermudan group has announced the creation of XL Re Europe Limited, based in Dublin and endowed with a capital of 1.5 billion USD. XL Re Europe Ltd will have two branches, one in London and the other in France (Le Mans).
