Digitalization of Alliance Assurances services

In partnership with the startup B-Link Solution, Alliance Assurances has launched a new website (allianceassurances.com.dz) and a new mobile application "MyAlliance".

Both solutions allow policyholders to access their accounts, report claims, follow up on them and purchase insurance contracts online without having to leave their homes. They concern seven insurance products namely: motor, homeowner’s, natural catastrophes, schooling, pleasure boats, professional comprehensive coverages and startup insurance. Premiums online payments can be made via the CIB or Edahabia cards.

The website and mobile application, downloadable from the Play Store and App Store, are intended for all the company's old and new customers as well as other parties interested in Alliance Assurances services, including startups.

This initiative is part of Alliance Assurances' digital transformation strategy.
