The Société Nationale d'Assurance: share capital increase

saaThe Société Nationale d'Assurance (SAA) has proceeded to a 5 billion DZD (36.4 million USD) increase in its share capital by incorporating reserves.

The company's capital thus went from 30 billion DZD (218.5 million USD) to 35 billion DZD (254.9 million USD).

This operation is expected to consolidate the Algerian insurer's position as a market leader and to boost its activities.
