The CNPS acquires a stake in Chanas Assurances Vie

Olivier Mekulu Mvondo dg cnpsThe National Social Security Fund (CNPS) has acquired 3 500 shares of Chanas Assurances Vie. The transaction was valued at 700 million FCFA (1.1 million USD).

The company's shareholders now include the Société Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH), Bange Bank Cameroun, CNPS and other private investors.

Created in July 2022, Chanas Assurances Vie has a share capital of 5.29 billion FCFA (8.6 million USD). The company is headed by Nelly Bakang Yomba, former General Manager of SUNU Assurances Vie Cameroun.
