MAMDA to provide an automated motor service

MCMA M3akThe Mutuelle Agricole Marocaine d'Assurances (MAMDA) has launched a new 100% digital motor insurance service called "MCMA M3ak" on the Moroccan market.

Based on a conversational chatbot, the technological solution offers policyholders the following services:

  • online motor claims notification
  • real-time file tracking
  • location of approved repair shops and retrieval of partners' contact information
  • information on the different repair methods offered
  • chat and conversation initiation with the customer relations center agents

"MCMA M3ak" is available on the mobile application WhatsApp.
