Denis Kessler, President of the Rendez-Vous de Septembre association of reinsurance

On 12 September 2022, Denis Kessler was elected President of the Rendez-Vous de Septembre (RVS) association of reinsurance. He is taking over from Claude Tendil, who has been at the head of the association since 2013.

An emblematic figure of the reinsurance industry, D. Kessler was the CEO of the French group SCOR for nineteen years. Having reached the age limit, he left the group's general management in 2021, but will remain President until 2024.

The 64^th edition of the RVS is held from 10 to 14 September 2022 in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. The event brings together more than 2 800 insurance and reinsurance professionals from 80 countries.

It should be noted that the 2020 and 2021 editions have been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
